...The Opportunity The Manager, Land Care & Operational Infrastructure plays a vital role in keeping our conservation areas beautiful, accessible and safe for our visitors. The incumbent will have experience in park maintenance and operations as well as a relevant skilled trade. General trade knowledge including electrical, plumbing, building maintenance and repair and HVAC are also needed to be successful in managing this portfolio along with the ability to effectively manage projects, a budget and a highly skilled team. As an ambassador of the NPCA, this role involves creating a positive visitor experience through addressing and resolving visitor concerns, ensuring an accessible, enjoyable and safe experience for all conservation area visitors.
