Description
Salary: $65,000 annually, depending on experience + 3 weeks' vacation plus one week during holiday season
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join a dynamic consulting firm that specializes in supporting small and medium-sized businesses (PMEs). This hybrid role will allow you to contribute to both client-facing and internal initiatives, supporting the growth of the firm.
Requirements:
- Impeccable French language skills (both written and spoken).
- At least 4 years of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of supporting business operations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in communications, particularly using WordPress and MailChimp for content management and newsletters.
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing client relationships and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, including welcome messages and thank-you notes.
- Assist with administrative tasks for client projects, including taking notes, drafting meeting minutes, creating surveys, and supporting project managers.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and help manage calendars for ongoing projects and business development.
- Manage the Monday and Harvest platforms to track client data and project progress.
- Proofread and revise client documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with the organization's standards.
- Oversee social media presence, create internal/external newsletters, and support content updates on WordPress and MailChimp.
- Handle client and supplier accounts, including invoicing, and collaborate with bookkeeping services.
- Organize corporate events, internal projects, and create administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
