Production Supervisor - 12 Hour Night Shift

...Position Summary / Objective The Production Supervisor is responsible for protecting our core values and ensuring a safe and productive workplace. Shift Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday. From 8 pm to 8:30 am. Primary Responsibilities Manage a production team of hourly employees across multiple lines, leading by example and ensuring compliance with company policies related to Health & Safety, Environmental Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Food Safety and Quality. Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, ensuring efficient use of materials, machines, and personnel for the shift. Lead by example to train, develop, and inspire production teams to establish a high‑performance culture, working coherently to “win” together. Maximize the efficiency on each line, collaborating with other departments (Engineering, Maintenance, R&D, Quality) to achieve departmental and company goals. Lead and drive root‑cause analysis to identify and eliminate issues, recommending solutions to prevent recurrence. Partner with temp agencies as the primary contact to review staffing requirements and shift staff accordingly. Review and approve employee hours through the payroll...
