Accurately complete inspection forms and verify correct product identification on all cars. Proficiently utilize systems such as GTM, SAP, and One Weigh for tracking and inventory management. Quality Assurance & Inventory Management: Collect and record representative samples for laboratory analysis from each load. Perform post-loading checks on rail cars to ensure no leaks and complete all required documentation, including the "affidavit of Loading. " Monitor storage tank levels proactively to prevent overflows and assist with inventory checks.
