In addition to enhancing the growth and development of the personal lending portfolio this position will ensure all lending activities follow relevant legislation, regulations, and policies. General responsibilities include conducting interviews to identify lending needs; providing high quality, tailored advice; analyzing financial statements; assessing risk; conducting credit investigations, security inspections and searches; granting credit within assigned lending limits; managing delinquency; and promoting all credit union products and services. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in credit adjudication, collections and policies and procedures as they relate to personal lending.
