This role focuses on billing accuracy, policy compliance, inventory management, and cost optimization across wireless, wireline, and data services. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with recurring billing cycles, and experienced in analyzing carrier invoices in a large corporate environment. Responsibilities Review and validate telecom carrier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and internal policies Identify billing discrepancies, overcharges, unused services, and cost-saving opportunities Manage telecom inventories, including wireless devices, circuits, users, and service locations Submit and track billing disputes with carriers and follow through to resolution Maintain accurate records in TEM systems and associated documentation Support cost allocation...
